In the latest issue of 25 Beautiful Homes you will find a gorgeous Edinburgh apartment, belonging to a fantastically talented interior designer, Jessica Buckley.
After a few years of globetrotting, working in property investments in exotic destinations, she finally trained as an interior designer at the Sydney School of Design. The sunshine she has garnered from her travels and experience just pours in to her Edinburgh apartment.
Nomadic, tribal textiles mix so easily with designer accents and beautiful inherited pieces that Jessica has updated with contemporary fabric choices. The Phillip Jeffries grass cloth wallpaper in ‘Blueberry’ and the Neisha Crosland ‘Zebra’ fabric that Jessica has upholstered the sofa with will be seared into my memory for a long time. She possesses an almost conjuror-like ability to blend colours and textures into something really unique. Jessica is a ‘must go-to’ designer.
Her sunny pink kitchen is a great spot for a cocktail!
The glamourous master bedroom has a chinoiserie inspired mural behind the bed by Jess Arthur.
Yes, she does have a shop and yes, you must visit to add a little sprinkling of the magic of her home into yours!
